Hi there! I'm a San Francisco-based UX researcher, educator, and strategist who specializes in using timely and relevant research to inform design decisions and drive optimal solutions. My core strength lies in identifying and understanding the root of any given problem through process-driven design thinking strategies. I'm detail-oriented and focus on context to uncover diverse perspectives, identify actionable insights, and target opportunities for new procedures.

I've previously taught UX design thinking at UC Berkeley and General Assembly, fostering dynamic learning environments for my students. My background in project management and administration has equipped me with strong organizational and communication skills. I thrive both independently and collaboratively within a team environment, as I am a natural team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

I am naturally empathetic and curious, which drives me to create intuitive and sophisticated experiences that eliminate user frustration. When I'm not working, I enjoy making super specific playlists for loved ones, learning new sports with my son, and swimming at one of San Francisco's many swimming pools.
