Greetings! Based in San Francisco, I'm a UX researcher and strategist. My passion lies in making informed design decisions through timely and relevant research. To deliver optimal solutions, identifying the core problem is vital. My research capabilities enable me to discern the intricacies of each project. I adhere to process-driven design thinking strategies, meticulously considering details and context to reveal diverse perspectives.
Previously, I held teaching positions at UC Berkeley and General Assembly, imparting UX design thinking knowledge to students in dynamic learning environments. Before that, my background in project management and administrative roles instilled in me indispensable organizational and communication skills.
I'm a highly empathetic and curious person who loves making digital experiences better for users. I want to create interactions that are easy to use and understand, so people don't get frustrated or confused. Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and friends. Lately, I've been exploring new parks in the city with my son. It's been a fun way to bond and create memories together.
